Therapy For Men

Life’s challenges can be heavy—career pressures, relationships, fatherhood, or just the weight of expectations. Just as our fathers and grandfathers struggled and persevered, so can we. In therapy, you’ll find a confidential place to talk, work through stress, be challenged and build tools for resilience. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, anger, burnout, or major life changes, we focus on practical strategies that help you feel stronger, more balanced, and in control.

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

CFT is a type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that is designed to address our inner critic, or inner monologue. We often have cruel, harassing and stressful inner critics telling us we are not good enough. Through learning how to push back against the inner critic and understand its origins we can learn how to treat ourselves more kindly.

Self-Exploration and Goal Setting

We encourage individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Our therapists facilitate self-exploration exercises and help clients establish meaningful goals to enhance their personal growth and well-being.
