How long until I start feeling better?
We strive to give you top knotch service from session 1. We will give you tools and ideas to try and start improving right away.

What if I don't want to talk about myself or have a hard time opening up?
This is very normal. Starting therapy is never easy and we can work flexibly around your comfort levels giving you the space to stick to practical methods of improvement or diving deeper when you are ready.

I'm worried that I'll just make my issues worse and it might be uncomfortable to talk about my past.
With any change process sometimes it has to get harder before it gets easier. Our professionals are trained to give you an experience that is tailored to the challenge level you are ready for. We will work to never push you beyond your comfort level. Small structured dips into the hard topics can help you overcome your past.

Are you covered by my insurance?
Yes, our services are covered by the major insurance providers under the category of therapy & psychotherapy.

What happens if I can't afford the sessions?
This does not need to be a barrier to therapy. Affordability is an ongoing issue and we seek to address this through sliding scale prices. We are happy to accommodate depending on your circumstances.

How can therapy help me?
In therapy we have to feel it to heal it. We use a mix of past exploration and present day groundedness to help you address the hurts of the past, repair and move forward. Therapy has been shown to be scientifically beneficial to wellness and wellbeing.
