I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions, feel heard, and move at a pace that feels right for you. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, EFT, and client-centred therapy.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, major life transitions, and relationship or interpersonal concerns. My approach is flexible and deeply client-centred, thoughtfully adapting evidence-informed practices to meet your unique needs because healing looks different for everyone.
