Meet Samir

My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in science. I work primarily with evidence-based tools and practical strategies drawn from well-established psychological research, translating them into clear, usable skills clients can apply in real life. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented: we focus on understanding patterns, building insight, and developing concrete skills that support meaningful, lasting change. I value clarity over jargon and aim to make the therapeutic process feel purposeful, structured, and empowering.

Outside the therapy room, health and fitness are central parts of my own life. As a former university athlete, I’ve experienced firsthand the discipline, pressure, resilience, and identity challenges that can accompany high performance. That background strongly informs my work. I take a whole-person perspective, recognizing the deep connections between mental health, physical wellbeing, routine, and self-regulation. Whether clients are navigating stress, burnout, performance demands, or personal growth, I bring an understanding of how psychological and physical systems intersect — and how small, evidence-informed changes can have a powerful cumulative impact.
