We use a blend of styles including trauma exploration, compassion focused therapy, breathwork and meditation to provide multiple avenues of care; addressing both today’s issues and the root causes that lie in our past.
Our goal in our therapy sessions is to help you gain confidence, clarity and the ability to treat yourself kindly. We operate with a down-to-earth approach that emphasizes the importance of a trusting therapeutic alliance rather than an overly clinical or judgemental approach.
